MAREN MORRIS LAUNCHES NEW SINGLE “GIRL”
WORLD TOUR ANNOUNCED WITH FIVE UK DATES IN MAY INCLUDING LONDON’S ROYAL ALBERT HALL
GRAMMY Award-winning singer-songwriter Maren Morris’ new song “GIRL” is available now across all digital music platforms for fans to stream and download.
The rousing new recording was written by Morris and Sarah Aarons (“The Middle,” Zedd/Maren Morris/Grey), along with GRAMMY Award-winning songwriter and producer Greg Kurstin (Adele, Sia), whom is credited for producing “GIRL,” and serves as the first music to be released from Morris’ forthcoming 2019 album and follow-up to the 2016 critically acclaimed album, HERO.
“GIRL” made its world premiere yesterday almost three years, to the day, from when Morris was first introduced to the airwaves when her debut single, the now 2x PLATINUM, GRAMMY-Award winning, “My Church,” arrived on Country radio (January 20, 2016).
Morris is also very pleased to share the GIRL: THE WORLD TOUR, a 40+ city tour, which kicks off in Chicago, Illinois on 9th March. The tour arrives in the UK on the 25th May, stopping in Leeds, Glasgow, Manchester, Bristol, and London’s Royal Albert Hall.
