FAQs

When will I receive my tickets?

Standard Tickets
Tickets for The Arctic Monkeys began distribution Mid-April.

International delivery takes longer than domestic delivery, therefore as much time as possible should be left for the tickets to be received.

Hospitality Tickets
Have also been dispatched

Your tickets will be sent out using first class mail, though on some occasions, packages including merchandise will be sent to you by Special Delivery. Special Delivery travels with first class mail but requires a signature upon receipt and usually arrives the next day.

What if I don't receive my tickets?

If you have not received your tickets, please contact your vendor immediately and please have your confirmation number and the Credit Card details used to purchase the ticket. Please note that unfortunately there are fraudulent websites who sell tickets they never had, please allow as much time as possible to investigate where your tickets are to allow them to send them to you via the postal system. As stated above, all tickets have now been printed and distributed to all the authorised ticket agents.

I have not received a confirmation email? What should I do?

If you have a confirmation number but have not yet received a confirmation email there is no need to worry. The fact that you have a confirmation number usually signifies the booking has been successful. Please double check the email address given is spelt correctly as this can lead to failure in receiving your confirmation email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order confirmation to arrive. If after this time you have still not received anything, please contact your vendor.

Can I have a refund or exchange on my tickets?

We regret that we cannot exchange, refund or transfer tickets unless the event in question has been cancelled or rescheduled. This is part of the purchase policy you agree to when purchasing tickets.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

How can I get a VAT receipt for my ticket purchase?

Please contact your point of purchase (ticket Vendor) for this receipt.

Terms & Conditions of sale

My tickets state 'General Admission'. What does that mean?

General Admission refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved, and are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. When purchasing tickets for a General Admission event, you may be quoted section, row, and seat numbers, however these are for inventory purposes only and do not reflect any actual seating location. Please ensure you carefully read the event information and ticket information when purchasing tickets: Any information on whether your tickets are General Admission will be posted here. The Arctic Monkeys concert at Finsbury Park is fully standing.

How do I find out when the concert starts and finishes?

We only advertise the doors time at the point of purchase and on the ticket, unless otherwise stated.

All advertised times are subject to change and we strongly recommend you check via this website prior to your departure for any information on the provisional show times. They are always provisional due to the nature of a live event and the fact anything can happen! FOR THIS SHOW THE GATES OPEN AT 4PM AND THERE IS A CURFEW OF 10.30PM

How do I get a press/photographers pass for a concert/event?

Press/photographers passes are issued by either the concert promoter or the artist's management company and you would need to contact them directly for further assistance.

What do I do if my tickets are lost or stolen?

Please contact your point of purchase if your tickets have been lost or stolen.

Box Office collection

I have chosen to collect my tickets from the box office, how do I do this?

The tickets should be collected by the credit/debit card holder. Box office times vary from event to event but on the whole they will be available within the hour before the start of the event. You will need to quote the reference number and take the credit/debit card used to make the booking as identification.

If you want someone else to collect the tickets, please consider that the cardholder should be present when collecting tickets held for collection at the venue. This is necessary for reasons of fraud prevention. In some cases it may be possible for the cardholder to give the person collecting the tickets a letter of authorisation to pass to the venue, allowing them to collect the tickets on their behalf. Please check with your vendor if they will allow this.

However, at any time the venue box office or the promoter of a particular show may change their rules and stop accepting Letters of authority and refuse entry.

We cannot accept any responsibility should this happen and we advise customers that any booking made for collection should only be collected by the credit card holder.

If you have lost your credit / debit card and you need to collect your tickets, please contact us. You will be advised to take with you a credit card/bank statement, ideally the one with the transaction on it. You will also need to take along your confirmation code and some alternative ID, preferably with a photograph and signature.

It is imperative that you do contact us as we need to inform the venue prior to your arrival.

The Box office for The Arctic Monkeys concert at Finsbury Park is located between Gates 1 & 2 just off Seven Sister's Rd

Before you submit your comments, please read the terms and conditions displayed on the website here as they may have special arrangements about refunds, exchanges, rights to cancel etc above and beyond the rights given to you by law.

I'm disabled; does my carer get a free ticket?

This does depend on the event and venue accessibility; however a free carer ticket will usually be supplied where disabled tickets are available.

The Venue is a grass arena without seating. For this event there is a Wheelchair User platform, tickets for which are allocated via ticket agencies on behalf of the concert promoters and not by the Venue.

Disabled access: Parking for disabled visitors is located within the park via the Endymion rd Gate. Entry will be allowed only to vehicles that clearly display the blue badge as issued by your local authority. Stewards will direct you to the best possible wheelchair access via Gate 8.

Please note that there is no vehicle movement for approximately 45 minutes after the concert finishes. This is because of the large pedestrian footfall leaving the park. We will allow any cars parked in the Blue Badge parking area to leave as soon as it is safe to do so. We appreciate your patience whilst we clear the pedestrians.

What is the running order and start and finish time for the concert?

Gates open at 4pm and curfew for the show is 10.30pm. The Provisional running order is listed on this website.

Why can't I take in any type of chair, such as deck chairs etc?

Unfortunately, in past events where this has been allowed, people have simply set up their chairs in the location they want to watch the event, but when the main act has started their set, crowds naturally migrate towards the stage and there were major crowd problems with people falling over objects they were not expecting or could see. Because of this, no chairs of any kind are permitted to any of our outdoor events

AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE METROPOLITAN POLICE

Customer Notice to all Arctic Monkeys Concert goers

Please be aware that there is a Street Drinking Zone around Finsbury Park station (London borough of Islington) which prevents any person from drinking alcohol from open vessels. There will be a large police presence on both days actively enforcing the Street Drinking zone to ensure there is no on street drinking. Please be advised to drink responsibly and not try to enter the concert in an intoxicated state as you will refused entry if you are deemed unfit through either drink or drugs.

The Metropolitan and British Transport Police will do everything they can to make sure people have an enjoyable time at events and offer the following advice:

Being careful, and taking some simple precautions, can reduce the risk of you becoming a victim. Here are some steps to help you have a safe and enjoyable concert:

Avoid taking unnecessary valuables with you - only take what you really need. Take the serial numbers and descriptions of your valuables.

Register your mobile phone IMEI number and the serial numbers of other valuables for FREE on www.immobilise.com or similar property registration sites.

Avoid displaying your phone and valuables unnecessarily, for example photographing or recording the bands.

If you travel by car, lock and empty it of valuables and leave the glove compartment open and conspicuously empty.

Be aware that in a crowded environment, where contact with other people is unavoidable, thieves will try to unzip/unbutton pockets and bags.

Be aware of the behaviour of those around you. Report anything suspicious to a security guard or police officer.

Stick with your friends and identify a suitable meeting point so if you do get split up you can find each other even if someone has lost their phone or had it stolen.

If you lose your mobile phone ensure that you contact your network provider to ask for the SIM card and handset to be blocked.

When using a credit or debit card shield the keypad to protect your PIN.

Use the same common sense as you would on any other night out and:

1. Drink responsibly

2. Look after your friends

3. Walk away from trouble

FINSBURY PARK TRAVEL INFORMATION

We would ask that you plan your travel options carefully. The concerts finish at 10.30pm, so please ensure you have looked at all of the options open to you to get home/to your hotel/your next destination. Whilst Finsbury Park Tube Station may seem like the obvious choice as the first part of your travel plan, remember that there will be a huge amount of like-minded people and the queue to get into that station may take over 1 hour. So look at other options such as the London Buses, or simply walking to major destination such as Camden town (2.3m) and Kings Cross (2.8m)

Always look at timetables for the last mode of public transport you are considering via www.tfl.gov.uk/journeyplanner

We'll continue to update this page with essential news and updates about the shows for ticket holders as and when we receive it. You can follow us on Twitter for up to date travel information, line ups, Showtimes and any relevant information. Just click the Twitter button on the home page of this website.

Please note there will be a number of traffic orders, restricting parking/waiting in the streets surrounding the park. This will be strictly enforced and vehicles will be removed. There will be a number of road closures at the end of the evening to assist in ensuring congestion is kept to a minimum, though there will inevitably be some delays. Please note, due to the large volumes of people leaving the park at the end of the evening, there may be significant delays.

There will be Diversion routes for vehicles due to the closure of Seven Sisters Road at the end of the concert.

Seven Sisters Road westbound closure: A105 to A1199 to A1201 to A1 to end diversion at A1 jct A503.

Walking Routes

Finsbury Park is located just 2.3 miles North East of Camden Town and only 2.8 miles North of Kings Cross & Euston. The following links will show you simple walking routes to these locations that you can either store on your smart phone or print off. Obviously these are just 3 routes we have shown and we would ask you to consider walking routes to avoid the heavily congested transport hubs around Finsbury Park.
Kings Cross | Camden Town

Parking

Please note, as mentioned above, there is no parking in the surrounding roads of Finsbury Park. This is a very busy residential area with residents parking permits required. Additional traffic officers are employed to work during the events, so there will be no escape, your Vehicle will be removed if it is illegally parked. The Pay & Display within the park is closed on major event days such as this concert.

Public parking is extremely limited in this area of London, but you can refer to http://en.parkopedia.co.uk/ for some advice.

Disabled Parking

This is available within the park via the Endymion Rd gate on the northwest side of the park. These visitors are advised to take their disabled parking permit (Blue Badge) and have it on display on entering the gate.

London Underground and Rail

We would ask that you plan your travel options carefully. The concerts finish at 10.30pm, so please ensure you have looked at all of the options open to you to get home/to your hotel/your next destination.

Finsbury Park station is closest to the venue. Use the Victoria and Piccadilly lines or First Capital Connect (FCC) to and from King's Cross.

After the concert, a managed queuing and one way system will be in operation at Finsbury Park station. Please only use the Wells Terrace entrance for the Tube, and Station Place entrance only for FCC services. London Underground tickets will be accepted on First Capital Connect services post event and Oyster cards will be permitted at all times. For northbound journeys on the Piccadilly line, please use nearby Manor House station, located at the north-east corner of the park.

Staff and signage will be in place to help but please check before you travel at www.tfl.gov.uk/journeyplanner.

You can download a current London Underground Map via this link http://www.tfl.gov.uk/gettingaround/1106.aspx.

London Buses

There are an abundance of Bus Stops in the local area but please note that Seven Sisters rd adjacent to the park will have a road closure on it from 10pm until 11.30pm, so please do not rely on getting a bus directly outside the park. Either simply walk south on Seven sisters rd until you meet Holloway rd for those wish to travel into central London or walk Northwest on Greens Lane for those wishing to travel north. Green lanes also have services which travel south into central London. Once again please check www.tfl.gov.uk for information on Buses and timetables and which routes have Night Buses. Please note that the bus station in the Finsbury Park transport hub on Wells Terrace will not be in use after the show due to heavy congestion in that area.
