SAMM HENSHAW TO HEADLINE SCALA, LONDON THIS OCTOBER

Today, Samm Henshaw announces his biggest headline show to date, at Scala on October 30th. His Scala date follows a sold out underplay next month at the Hoxton Hall. Both live dates come after releasing his stunning new single 'How Does It Feel?' which received a first play as Mistajam’s Jam Hot Record. The soulful track has since been remixed by dancehall inspired production duo Banx and Ranx.

Samm Henshaw’s return 'How Does It Feel?', which was co-written with Maverick Sabre and the track’s producer Josh Grant, gained immediate support and plays from BBC Radio 1/1 Xtra’s DJ Target, Twin B and Yasmin Evans. The track was accompanied by an uplifting video that follows Samm couch-surfing through London.

On the video, Samm says: “Taz [Tron Delix, director] did such a great job on this video, it really brought my vision for this song to life, the cast and crew were excellent and it was just a pleasure to be a part of.”

Samm Henshaw’s return has been highly anticipated following his 2016 breakout debut The Sound Experiment EP, and follow up The Sound Experiment 2 which saw him named as One To Watch by the likes of Spotify, Teen Vogue, Google Play and GQ, with support across Radio 1 and 1Xtra from Annie Mac, Huw Stephens and Phil Taggart. Having toured with the likes of Chance The Rapper, Rag’n’Bone Man and James Bay, Samm has continued to capture fans across the world.

Samm Henshaw kicks of the summer with his first release of 2018, with more music to come! If you missed out on his Hoxton Hall date, be sure to catch him performing at Scala on October 30th.

Tickets available Friday 6 June via Gigs & Tours.
