House producer, garage MC and resident Kiss FM DJ Majestic announces one very special headline show this April, at London’s Electric Ballroom. Selling out London’s Koko back in December, with genre-spanning support from Grime MC Devilman to Garage legends DJ Luck & MC Neat, as part of his own brand concert/rave hybrid #Limitless shows, this will be Majestic’s first headline performance of 2019, and promises to be no less inclusive of the UK underground scene.
Entering the North London nightclub circuit at just 15 years old, Majestic made a name for himself via underground pirate garage radio stations, the popularity of his shows soon being recognised by international promoters who sent him representing UK underground music on worldwide tours. Through his career, Majestic has ventured in to a variety of dance music, from UK Garage, to House, Drum & Bass and Dubstep – performing with the likes of Sigma, DJ EZ, MJ Cole, Judge Jules, Micky Slim, Jack Beats, Laidback Luke, The Wideboys, Netsky, High Contrast, Loadstar, Shy FX, Skream, Prodigy, Nero, Jacob Plant, Craig David, Tinie Tempah and Stormzy in the process.
As well as being named “the best live MC in the game” by BBC Radio 1’s Mistajam, his releases have caught the attention of the airwaves, with support from the likes of DJ Target, Pete Tong, Kissy Sell Out, Zane Lowe, Nick Grimshaw and Sara Cox. What’s more, Dubstep titan Skrillex sampled his track “Ruffneck Bass” for the 2011 EP More Monsters and Sprites, which has since amassed over 50 million streams on Spotify.
Since his North London pirate radio days, Majestic has played festivals all over Europe; Global Gathering, We R Festival, EDC, Creamfields and Boardmasters whilst performing and finding residencies in iconic party resorts Mallorca, Malia, Zante, Ibiza (Café Mambo, Ibiza Rocks, Ushusia, Merky Festival) and Kavos. For one special night this April, Majestic returns to his London roots to headline The Electric Ballroom, Fri 19 Apr 2019.
