After quickly selling out their huge headline show at Stockport County’s Edgeley Park Stadium on Friday 21st June 2019, due to phenomenal demand Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott have confirmed a second date at the stadium on Thursday 20th June 2019.
Tickets go on sale at 9:30am Tuesday 18th December (priced £30+BF) and will be available from www.gigsandtours.com.
Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott and their band will perform Paul’s recently released career spanning collection ‘The Last King Of Pop’ – featuring the best of The Housemartins, The Beautiful South and Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott. These will be the only performances of the album in the UK next summer.
One of the UK’s most prolifically gifted songwriters Paul Heaton’s ‘The Last King Of Pop’ features 23 of the finest songs from throughout Paul’s extraordinary music career, including hits from his days in the Housemartins, through his time in the multi-platinum pop co-operative The Beautiful South, his solo years, and up to the present day in his long-standing collaboration with former Beautiful South singer Jacqui Abbott.
