CARAVAN PALACE CONFIRM UK HEADLINE DATES AS PART OF MAJOR EUROPEAN TOUR

CARAVAN PALACE CONFIRM UK HEADLINE DATES AS PART OF MAJOR EUROPEAN TOUR

Following blistering sets at Glastonbury and a bouncing sold out show at Somerset House, Electro-swing pioneers Caravan Palace will return to the UK this November to play their biggest headline dates yet including a show London’s O2 Academy Brixton.

The Parisian seven-piece fuse hedonistic house and old school jazz to euphoric effect. Having originally formed in 2005 the band’s eponymous debut album in 2008 set the tone of a rip-roaring party, bursting with fun and good humour. The band’s third album <I°_°I> was released in 2015 to rapturous reviews and saw them perform on the likes of Later with Jools Holland, Live at London Palladium and The Jonathan Ross Show. Plus they’ve had tracks featured on the likes of Strictly Come Dancing, so if you haven’t seen Caravan Palace you’ve definitely heard them!

A true word-of-mouth sensation, the band’s live profile has risen unrelentingly.  Their decadent, potent cocktail of jazz manouche, hip-hop, jive, house and beats defies simple categorisation but, needless to say, delivers with a punch. Their genuine joy in performing live guarantees a riotous good time - they’re capable of tearing the roof off any venue or festival tent.

With further summer of festivals ahead, including Bestival’s mainstage, Caravan Palace will head back to the UK this November. Of the tour they said:  “The London show will be our biggest show ever and we're working on making it special for you!! We can’t wait to come back to perform”
