Red Bull Records artist AWOLNATION have announced a 2015 spring headline tour of the UK & Europe. The run of intimate club shows, which kick off March 24 in Berlin, Germany and finish at London’s Electric Ballroom April 1, and will preview songs off the band’s new album, due out early 2015.
Led by Aaron Bruno, AWOLNATION crafted one of the most influential songs in years with the chart-topping, record-breaking track “Sail.” The first single off their gold-certified debut Megalithic Symphony, “Sail” is certified 6x platinum in the US and holds the record for the most weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 chart by an independent artist, the second longest for any artist. The album has also achieved global success: it is certified 6x platinum in Canada and Norway, 3x platinum in Sweden, gone platinum in Australia, Switzerland & New Zealand, gold in Austria and Germany and silver in the UK. Megalithic Symphony has spawned two other Top 10 US singles, the band has sold-out headline shows around the world and secured spots on festivals like Coachella, Austria’s Frequency Festival and Brazil’s Mix FM Festival.
