Liverpool Echo Arena

The Echo Arena stands at the heart of the development of Kings Waterfront, an iconic cultural legacy of Liverpool's year as European Capital of Culture in 2008. The award-winning facilities sit alongside the Grade I listed Albert Dock complex and World Heritage Site on the eastern bank of the river Mersey, in the heart of Liverpool city centre. The 11,000 seat Echo Arena is joined to the BT Convention Centre by a central Galleria, making it unique as the only arena and convention centre under one roof in Europe. The Echo Arena has been awarded a string of environmental and architectural accolades. Designed by award-winning architects Wilkinson Eyre, it is one of the most sustainable venues in Europe, designed to reduce by half its CO2 emissions; features across the complex control light, temperature and electricity usage and harvest rainwater for toilet flushing, while a crop of turbines on the river generate its own electricity supply.

I'm really hoping someone can help me answer this question! For most shows/general admission standing it says call venue for tickets. I'm out of the country so it'll be a waste of money to call if they're just sold out. Has anyone called already? Did they still have tickets?
